Son - Dr. Brennen Arthur (Jennifer) Haezebrouck of Cumming, GA.
Daughter - Vanessa (Alan) Teague of Kennesaw, GA.
Brother - Steve Hansen of WV.
Brother - Greg Chandler of WV.
4 grandchildren also survive.
