Dorothy M. Peacock, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, 88, passed away February 17, 2016. Dorothy is remembered for her beautiful smile and loving heart. She worked as a legal secretary for 18 years, retiring from Alston & Bird of Atlanta. Visitation 11:00 – 12:30, Tuesday, February 23 at Darby Funeral Home, Canton. Funeral service at 12:30, followed by internment at Georgia National Cemetery. Mrs. Peacock is survived by her son, Steven (Victoria) Peacock, Canton, daughters, Barbara (Robert) Snook of Woodstock and Linda (Richard) Beauchamp, of Canton, her brother, Larry (Jeanne) McMillan of Dalton, and sister-in-law Mrs. Fred Hand of Pelham, GA, grandchildren, Daniel Reilly, Emily Snook, Tessa Kluttz, and two great-grandchildren.
