Earl Eugene Bryson age 77 of Woodstock, GA passed away peacefully at Tranquility@ Kennesaw Mountain in Marietta, GA Tuesday May 26, 2015. A Celebration of Life service will be held 4:00PM Thursday May 28, 2015 at the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Reverend Trammell Rhodes officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00PM until the funeral hour. Interment with full military honors will be in Georgia National Cemetery at 10:00AM Friday May 29, 2015. Mr. Bryson served in the United States Army for 22 years serving multiple tours in Vietnam as part of the 2nd Ranger Company. He was an instructor for the paratroopers and sniper school at Ft. Benning. He retired as an 101st Army Airborne Ranger. He is survived by daughters; Nancy Bryson, Woodstock, GA, Annie Bryson, Woodstock, GA, Rebecca Bryson, Woodstock, GA, son; Robert Bryson, Ball Ground, GA, brothers; Henderson Bryson, Blairesville, GA, Edward Bryson, Woodstock, GA, Albert Bryson, Acworth, GA, sisters; Geraldine Ragsdale, Acworth, GA, Patsy Henson, Acworth, GA, Guyrine Majors, Dallas, GA.
