Obituary for Edward LeRoy Craig
Edward LeRoy Craig, A proud Veteran of the U.S. Air Force passed away on Feb 11th 2023. He was the son of Frank & Alta Craig , Was Born in Jefferson City MO on September 19th 1936. His early years was spent working the family farm near Current River north of Eminence Missouri in the Ozark Mountains. After High School Edward joined the U.S. Airforce at the young age of 18 in 1954. He served tours in Morocco, Korea & Vietnam over his 20 years of service as an aircraft mechanic having the rank of E-6 Technical Sergeant at the time of retirement from Tyndall Air Force Base, FL in October 1974
He fathered the following children during his wartime service to our country.
Billy, Frank, Mark, Scott, Angela & Peter Craig.
After his military service Edward settled down in Panama City FL where he met the love of his life Charlotte Marie Seaborn and were married on December 8th 1976 and remained married for over 46 years. He and Charlotte raised two boys, James & Joseph Craig and Charlotte's two sisters Caroline & Tammie Seaborn.

Mark & Peter Craig (two) boys who died shortly after birth.

The family will receive friends and family for visitation at Darby Funeral Home, 480 E Main St, Canton, GA 30114 at 9:00 AM, Memorial Service at 11:00 AM with a graveside burial service at 1:00 PM on February 22nd, 2023.
