Elizabeth Varner McMickens, age 79 of Canton, GA, passed away at the Northside Hospital Atlanta August 15, 2013. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00PM Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from Hickory Log Baptist Church. She will lie in state from 12:00PM until 1:00PM. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00PM. Reverend Robert D. Holmes and Reverend Kevin Roach will officiate.
