Ella Bell Stephens, 97 of Ball Ground, GA passed away Tuesday October 7, 2014 at Hidden Lakes Assisted Living. There will be no local services for Ms. Stephens. Ms. Stephens taught for 20 years at the Georgia Retardation Center. She is survived by daughter, Betty Altman, Ball Ground, GA; son, Charles E. Stephens, Huntsville, AL; 3 grandchildren also survive.
