Obituary
Gary Donald Webster age 65 of Canton, GA passed away at his home surrounded by family Saturday April 29, 2017.
Gary was Born August 24, 1951 in Pittsburgh, PA and grew up in Fairview Park, OH. He enlisted in the United States Navy upon graduation from high school and served as a helicopter crewman with U.S. Naval Advisory Group Vietnam. Heavy exposure to Agent Orange contributed towards his cancer.
Love of family - the love of his life for 40 years is his wife Gloria and he was very proud of their many long term enduring friendships. He loved to travel (35 countries), sail tall ships, scuba dive and study other cultures. He was an avid reader, history buff and held a deep interest in world affairs.
A visitation will be held from 12:30PM - 1:30PM Friday June 9, 2017 at Darby Funeral Home with Interment with Navy Military Honors to follow at 2:30PM at Georgia National Cemetery.
Mr. Webster is survived by his wife; Gloria Webster, Canton, GA, mother; Patricia Webster, Leesburg, FL, brothers; Jeff Webster, Canton, GA, David (Rita) Webster, The Colony, TX. In lieu of flowers please send donations to your favorite charity.
