Geneva Towery , 87 of Canton, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 1, 2012, at Canton Nursing Center in Canton, Georgia.
Born Sunday, July 27, 1924 in Woodstock, Georgia.
Surviving are sons, Allen Towery of Canton, GA and James Towery of Holly Springs, GA, daughter, Sue Lipscomb of Canton, GA, brother, Herbert Dobbs of Marietta, GA; 8 grand children; 23 great grand children.
A Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Sunday at Darby Funeral Home Chapel located at 480 E. Main St. Canton, Georgia 30114 with the Rev. Kenny Morris officiating. Interment will be in Enon Cemetery, , .
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, June 2, 2012, and Sunday, June 3 from 10:00AM until the funeral hour at Darby Funeral Home , 480 E. Main St., Canton, Georgia. The caring staff of the Darby Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
