Son - Christopher "Chris" (Alisha) Balak of Gunter, TX.
Son - John Nicholas (Carla) Balak of Cartersville, GA.
Daughter - Sarah Elizabeth (Tyler) Wolford of Prosper, TX.
Grandchildren - Carter Balak, Presley Balak, Caroline Wolford, Dustin Wolford, Heath Tatum
