George Edward Smith, age 58 of Canton, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Thursday, September 30th from 9:30am-11am. A memorial service will immediately follow the visitation at 11am in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home. He is survived by:

Son - Brian Allen of TX.
Son - Jeff Allen of TN.
Son - Dallas Day of GA.
Son - Brad Ruis of GA.
Daughter - Teresa Johnson
Brother - Steve Smith of Cumming
Brother - Donald Smith of Acworth
Sister - Victoria Wells of Canton
10 grandchildren also survive.
