Glen Robert Taylor age 70 of Holly Springs, GA, died on Sunday Feb 5, 2012 at the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.  Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday February 8, from the Darby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Davis officiating.  Interment will follow in Georgia National Cemetery at 12:30 PM.  Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4-8 PM.  Glen is survived by his wife Betty Jo Taylor of Holly Springs, GA Son, Robert Lawton Taylor, Fredrick, MD, daughter Suzie Taylor Cook, Damascus, MD; Step sons, Wesley Beaver, Holly Springs, GA and Phillip Underwood, Jasper, GA . Step daughters, Jennifer Harker, Marietta, GA and Rhonda Stocks, Marietta, GA. Sister, Helen Murphy, Nelson, GA; Grandson James Palmer Wardrick, Damascus, MD.  He is also survived by his nephews, Ronald Murphy & Family and Jeff Burdock & Family and a niece, Connie Michelle Barb.  The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
