With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Gracyn McAliley Faye Torbert, beloved daughter, sister, and granddaughter, who gained her angel wings on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Arthur Blank Children's Hospital in Atlanta, GA. At just 8 months old, Gracyn brought immense joy and love to all who knew her. Her bright eyes and sweet spirit were a gift that will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
Gracyn is survived by her devoted mother, Edrina Torbert of Canton, GA; her loving grandmother, Jennifer Torbert of Canton, GA; her cherished siblings, brother Jaiden Coveney and sister Kadian Torbert, both of Canton, GA.
Details for a memorial service will be announced at a later date as the family takes time to grieve and honor Gracyn's short but profoundly meaningful life.
The family expresses their gratitude to the caring staff at Darby Funeral Home, who are assisting during this difficult time.
Gracyn's life, though brief, reminds us of the beauty and fragility of life and the depth of love a child can inspire. She will be deeply missed but will remain forever in our hearts.
