Harold M. Wies passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Private services will be held later at the family's convenience. In addition to his parents, Carl & Fannie Wies of Brooklyn, NY, Harold was preceded in death by his wife Lori Wies. He is lovingly remembered by His Son, Adam Wies of Georgia; Daughters, Karen Surette and Kim Wies of MA; Brother, Martin Wies and family of MA; 3 Grandchildren, Keriann Surette, Bobby & Carl Pacy of MA. Harold was born in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and served in the U.S. Army stationed in Reading, MA. He later received respective degrees from the RCA Institute of NYC and the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. In his professional life, Harold worked for Picker International and Garrett Air Research as a Service Rep. and Consultant. His hobbies included: gardening, dog breeding and training, electronics and home improvement. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Forsyth County(4440 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming, GA 30041).
