Henry Preston Bishop, age 86 of Canton passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, July 1, 2013 at 2PM from the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home with   Rev. Tom Bishop and Rev. Kent Samples  officiating. Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park. Visitation will be Saturday and Sunday from 10AM till 8PM at Darby Funeral Home. Mr. Bishop is survived by his Wife, Ruth Bishop of Canton; Son, Wayne Bishop of Holly Springs; Daughter, Joan Phyfe of Canton; Brother, Tom Bishop of Canton; Sister, Dorothy McFarland of Canton, also surviving are 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. Flowers will be accepted or the family ask that donations be made to North Canton Baptist Church Building Fund. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
