Mrs. Jackie E. Leger, age 76 of Cartersville, Ga, passed away at WellStar Kennestone Hospital on February 28, 2015. Visitation services are to be held on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM. The funeral service is scheduled for Friday, March 6, 2015 at 2 PM at Oakdale Baptist Church. Reverend Mike Ware will be officiating. Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park. Mrs. Leger is survived by son and daughter-in-law Duane and Tina Leger of grand junction, CO; daughter and son-in-law Laura and Jeff Daniel of Birmingham, AL; sister Mary Owen of Adairsville, GA; three grandchildren: Stephanie Daniel of Birmingham, AL, Devonny Leger of Peachtree City, GA, Emily Leger of Grand Junction, CO; also two great grandchildren: Kaitlyn LeBlanc of Peachtree City, GA; Michael LeBlanc of Peachtree City, GA; also survived by her cat Leo. Mrs. Leger was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Leger, also by AC Fowler, Ray Fowler, Don Fowler, Jimmy Fowler, and Katherine Clemo. Darby Funeral Home is accepting flowers at this time.
