James Randy Benefield, age 59 of Canton, GA passed away August 17, 2015. His favorite activities
were: spending time with his family; cheering grandchildren on from the bleachers; and fishing. He was
certain of his relationship with Christ and is currently with his Heavenly Father. He is survived by his wife; Kimberly Jo Benefield, Canton, GA, sons; Chris (Jennifer) Romito, FL, Joey (Natalie) Romito, FL, Anthony (Tara) Romito, Papua, New Guinea, Brandon (Andrea) Benefield, AL, Josh (Felicia) Benefield, GA, daughters; Jamie Benefield, Oxford, MS, Sarah (Aaron) Caskey, Canton, GA, brother; Ted (Nancy) Benefield, MD, father-in-law and mother-in-law; Earl (Jane) Morgan, Canton, GA and 20 grandchildren; Malachi, Ezekiel, Alese, Josiah, Selah, Brielle, Michaiah, Zachary, Mathew, Ella, Samantha, Maddie, Taylor, Ethan, Jacob, Lillian, Ashlyn, Connor, Hannah, Bailey, Austin and Caleb. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gwen and James Benefield Jr., brother David Benefield, and sister Shelia Taylor. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm on Friday, August 21, 2015 at Hopewell Baptist Church, 78 Ridge Road, Canton, GA 30114.
