James Robert "Bob" Johnson, age 85 of Woodstock, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at his residence. The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Thursday, January 31st from 12:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. and Friday, February 1st from 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. The funeral will be on Friday, February 1st at 11:00a.m. from the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Davis, Bishop Lance Johnson, and Charles Burgess officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. He is survived by:

Son - Mark (Wava) Johnson of White
Son - Lance (Lisa) Johnson of Ranger
Daughter - Marcia J. (Dr. John) Freemon of Woodstock
Daughter - Lisa (Phil) Adams of Oak Island, NC.
Step-Daughter - Amy Thacker Dillon of Holly Springs
Step-Daughter - Allison Thacker Burgess of Ball Ground
