James Whitlock Hill, age 77 of Woodstock, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at his residence. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 6, 2017 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Canton from 10:30a.m. to 11:30a.m. The funeral service will take place at 11:30a.m. at Mt. Zion Church in Canton with Rev. Doug Mulkey officiating. Interment will follow in the Georgia National Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Ann Hill of Woodstock, his son, Michael (Crystal) Hill of Owensville, KY., his daughter, Pamela (Richard) Dildine of Woodstock, and his sister, Jeanette (Rodney) Winkle of Watervliet, MI. Three grandchildren; Julia (Scott) Simonds, Addison Wood, Kendall Wood. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 4096 East Cherokee Drive, Canton, GA 30114.
