James Howard Hunter, Jr., age 77 of Acworth, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Sunrise Huntcliff. The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Monday, January 31st from 4-6pm. A graveside service will be held at Georgia National Cemetery on Tuesday, February 1st at 2pm to include interment. He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Ellene Collins, Father James Howard Hunter Sr and his brother, Jessie James Collins. He is survived by:

Daughter - Teri (Josh) Wyatt of Flatwood, KY.
Brother - Michael Thompson Collins of Lake Jackson, TX.
Brother - Donald Hayes Hunter of Broggier, LA.
Sister - Margaret Hunter Jarrell of Newnan, GA.
Sister - Susan Collins Cartwright of Senoia, GA.
Grandchildren - Hunter Correll, Chase Correll, Trent Wyatt, Anthony Eib, Harper Eib.
