James Price, Jr., 43 of Jasper, GA passed away Tuesday February 21, 2012 at his residence.  Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00pm Saturday February 25, from the Darby Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Roswell Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Friday from 5-9pm.  Survivors include Wife, Jenny Price, Jasper, GA; Father, James Price, Sr., Jasper, GA; Son, Justin Price, Jasper, GA; Daughter, Jessica & Matthew Mullins, Jasper, GA; Sister, Kimberly & Ken Bennett, Acworth, GA; Niece, Savannah Bennett & Nephew, Kenneth Bennett.  Mr. Price was preceded in death by Sister, Sherri Price.  The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
