James Mitchell Scott, 31 of Canton, GA passed away Sunday February 24, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00PM Friday March 1, from the Darby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Allen Dixon and Rev. Randy Cloer officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 3:00PM – 9:00PM. Survivors include Wife, Brandi Scott, Canton, GA; Sons, Preston Scott, Canton, GA; Gossid Scott, Canton, GA; Daughter, Bethany Scott, Canton, GA; Father, Mike Scott, Canton, GA; Mother, Charlotte & Charles Carson, Marietta, GA; Brothers, David Monroe, Ashland, NY; Jayro Monroe, Cold Springs, NY; Sisters, Christy Miller, Jasper, GA; Sheena Bentley, Jasper, GA; Grandmother, Martha Scott, Canton, GA. Mr. Scott was preceded in death by Brothers, George Devon Scott and Billy Monroe and Grandfather, G.W. Scott.
