Jeanette S. Kerlin, 96 of Canton, GA., passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at her residence.
Visitation will be Friday, September 13th from 5-8pm and Saturday, September 14th from 12-2pm at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, September 14th at 2pm in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby McClure, Rev. Dan Willis, and Rev. Merrick McClure officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, GA. at a later date.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Kerlin, her brothers, James Stephens, Louie Stephens, Charles Stephens, and Gary Stephens, her sisters, Geneva Spradling, Ruby Hall, Barbara Stephens and Wilma Stephens, her grandson, Stevin Clark, her son-in-law Richard Hargett, and Daughter-in-law, Pamela Kerlin.
She is survived by:
Daughter - Diane (David) Tippens of Canton, GA.
Daughter - Brenda Kerlin-Hargett of Loganville, GA.
Son - Michael Wayne (Susan) Kerlin of Rockwood, TN.
Sister - Kathy Stephens of Pine Knott, KY.
Grandchildren - Brian (Delett) Haulk, Cheryl Haulk (Michael) Keller, Chris (Crystal) Owens, and Tosha Kerlin Willis
Great-Grandchildren - Lexxi (Jake), Kyrrah (Cody), Brooke, Corey, Erynn (Matt), Elizabeth, Breanna, Bradley, Ethan, Dalton (Shea), Megan (Cain), and Kaylin
9 Great-Great-Grandchildren also survive.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
