Jeanie “Tillie” Varner Blalock of Canton, Georgia, peacefully entered her Eternal Rest on May 28, 2026.

Tillie was a faithful member of Zion Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who loved her family deeply and cherished every moment spent with them. Her kind spirit, strength, and unwavering love will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Calvin Varner; her mother, Kathleen E. Gay; her sister, Deborah Gay; and her sister-in-law, Tamara Carter.

Tillie leaves to cherish her precious memories her husband, Randy Blalock; her son, Jermey L. Varner; her brothers, Julian Carter and Kenneth D. Varner; her father-in-law, Randolf Blalock; her sisters-in-law, Gerdine Black and Carol Black, all of Dayton, Ohio; her beloved grandchildren, Jemariyah and Jeremiah Patterson; her nephews, Tremaine (Beyonica) Gay, Taylor Williams, Rodney Wilson Jr., and Elijah Neil; along with a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives, and dear friends, including Constance Brown (Littleman) and Shane Pye.

Tillie’s life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and her love will continue to live on in all who were blessed to know her.
