Darby Funeral Home would like to announce the memorial service for Jeffrey Thomas Clonts, age 47, who passed away on November 18, 2017 in Alaska. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 2:00p.m. at the residence of John Arvil and Joan Clonts, 399 Old Carney Road, Ball Ground, Ga. 30107. Mr. Johnny Fisher will officiate the service. There will be a potluck dinner afterwards. Mr. Clonts is survived by his mother and father, John Arvil and Joan Clonts of Ball Ground, GA.; two sons: Justin Clonts of GA. and Thomas Clonts of Alaska; partner Maggie Lupton of Alaska; brother and sister-in-law Steven and Lisa Clonts of Waleska, GA. sister and brother-in-law Christy and Curtis Johnson of Ball Ground, GA.
