Jennifer Melton, 49, of Lafayette passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

Visitation will be Friday, December 9 th from 9-11 am at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 11 am in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Mr. Greg Hendrix officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park.

Ms. Melton was preceded in death by her father, Robert Melton; her maternal grandparents, Joyce and James Sweatt and Thurmond Wilson; her paternal grandparents, John and Ann Wigley.

She is survived by her daughters, Courtney (Kevin) Free of Ball Ground and Savannah (Jeremy) Crawford of Dawsonville, son, Evan Hinton of Cartersville, and parents, Rebecca and Kenneth Stone.
