Jerry Harris, age 76, of Canton, GA, died on Sunday, March 3, 2013. Memorial service will be held at 12 noon Thursday, March 7, 2013, in the Darby Funeral Home Chapel, with Elder Ray Redlich officiating. Survivors include wife Elaine Harris, Canton, GA; sons, Jerry Harris of Hawaii and Ron New, Peachtree City, GA; daughter, Laura Roberson, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA; brothers, Kenny Schnaubelt, San Diego, CA, Fred Schnaubelt, San Diego, CA and Rick Harris, San Diego, CA; sister, Barbara Reeves, San Diego, CA; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society. The caring staff of the Darby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
