Mrs. Jerry Lynn Hogan, age 71 of Canton, GA passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 8, 2018 in the Chapel of the Darby Funeral Home. Rev. Doug Mulkey and Rev. Stephen Hunter will officiate the service. Interment will follow in the New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include husband Mayes Hogan of Canton, GA; son Doug Hogan of Canton, GA; daughter Malynn Hogan of Columbus, GA; sister and brother-in-law Laurann Cantrell (Eddie Lovett) of Canton, GA; and sister-in-law Alta Lummus. She was preceded in death by brother Edwin Lummus and parents J.L. & Laura Lummus. Flowers will be accepted or you may make donations to a charity of your choice in her memory.
