A Memorial Service will be held Saturday March 8, 2014 at 10:00AM from the Chapel at Darby Funeral Home. Deacon John Stanley will officiate. Mr. Jastrzebski is survived by his Son; Matthew Jastrzebski, Lexington, KY, Sisters; Joellen "Jo" Rosemas, Senoia, GA, Patricia Johnson, Chunchula, AL, Brothers; Walter Jastrzebski, Canton, GA, William Jastrzebski, Rydell, GA. He is preceded in death by his Son; Jay Walter Jastrzebski, Mother; Margaret Helen Jastrzebski and Father; Walter Joseph Jastrzebski.
