John Alden Scarlet age 65 of Dawsonville, GA passed away Sunday June 25, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville, GA..
Visitation will be 2:00PM- 9:00PM Wednesday June 28, 2017 at Darby Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30AM Thursday June 29, 2017 from the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Georgia National Cemetery with full military honors. Reverend Johnny Padgett will officiate.
Mr. Scarlet is survived by his wife; Brenda Scarlet, Dawsonville, GA, daughter; Tasha (Matt) Tolbert, Dawsonville, GA, adopted son; Chris Pruett, Dawsonville, GA, brothers; Bob Scarlet, MO, Mike Scarlet, MO, Jimmy Scarlet, MO, sisters, Sandy Ponzar, MO, Tina Orick, MO, 1 grandchild; Nathan Tolbert and a host of foster children. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help with funeral expenses. The staff of Darby Funeral Home is honored to serve the Scarlet Family.
