Joseph Britton Hollingsworth, age 65 of Canton, GA. passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 at his residence. Born, Saturday, January 18, 1947 in Cordele, GA.
Mr. Hollingsworth worked as a Deputy Sheriff in Fulton County, also he was a V.P. at an Alarm company.
The Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 7PM at New Covenant Bible Church on Scott Rd. in Canton, GA. with Rev. Rob Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the Memorial service at the Church.
Surviving are Daughter, Kristie Marquez of Adairsville, GA. and Brother, James David Hollingsworth of Tucker, GA. along with 4 Grandchildren. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Alcoholics Anonymous.
