Obituary

Juli Burchett, born May 4, 1964, in Marietta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was the cherished daughter of Elizabeth Ann Pritchett and William Eschol Nutt, Sr.—parents who welcomed her into the world with the same warmth and joy she would later share so freely with others.

Juli lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and quiet strength. She had a beautiful, loving spirit that touched everyone blessed to know her. Always seeking ways to help others—whether through a gentle word, a thoughtful gesture, or simply by being present—Juli's compassionate heart was one of her defining qualities.

She loved her family deeply and unconditionally. For 34 years, she was devoted to her husband, Mitch, building a life together filled with laughter, partnership, and unwavering support. She also had a tender heart for animals, and her pets were always treated as beloved members of the family.

Juli found joy in life's simple and meaningful pleasures. She loved cooking and could fill a home with warmth just by stepping into the kitchen. She enjoyed gardening, tending to flowers and plants with the same care she showed the people in her life.

A proud graduate of Wheeler High School's Class of 1982, Juli later worked for Coca-Cola, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. Outside of work, she was an avid reader who almost always had a book in her hands, happily losing herself in stories that transported her to new places.

Juli's legacy is one of love, compassion, and heartfelt devotion. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her spirit will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.

Juli is survived by her loving husband, Mitchell Burchett of Woodstock, GA; her mother, Elizabeth Ann Pritchett of Canton, GA; her father, William Eschol Nutt, Sr. (Janet) of Cedartown, GA; her brothers David Nutt (Audrey) of Marietta, GA, Bill Nutt Jr. (Barbara) of Canton, GA, and Alex Nutt (Kim) of Canton, GA; and her aunt Lanie Baxter of Kennesaw, GA.
