Larry Price, 68 of Holly Springs, GA passed away Wednesday April 6, 2011 at his residence.  Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Friday April 8, from the Darby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Davis officiating.  Interment will follow in the Pine Knot Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-8 P.M.  Survivors include Wife, Marlene Price, Holly Springs, GA; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Allison Price, Canton, GA; Cindy & Terry Hercules, Bell Buckle, TN; Dawn & Mitch Crocker, Gallatin, TN; Sister, Susan Driver, Kenly, NC; 6 Grandchildren.  The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
