Mr. Lee Roy Tippens age 92 of Canton, Ga . died Tuesday June 2, 2009 at the Georgia War Veterans Home in Augusta , Ga  Funeral Services  will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday June 5, 2009 from the Sardis Baptist Church, Interment  in the Church Cemetery with Rev. Kenny Morris officiating. The Family will receive friends on Wednesday  and Thursday from 12-4 PM and 6 – 8 Pm .
