Lillian Ruth Thomason, 87 of Canton, GA passed away Wednesday March 9, 2011 at Canton Nursing Center.  Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 P.M. Sunday March 13, from the Darby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Davis & Rev. Ed Towers officiating.  Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park.  Family will receive friends on Saturday from 1-5 P.M. and Sunday from 11 until funeral hour.  Survivors include Son & Daughter-in-law, Allen & Deborah Thomason, Westminster, SC; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Ruth & Phil Gramling, Woodstock, GA; Carolyn & Jack Weaver, Canton, GA; Beth & Tommy Allison, Canton, GA; Sisters-in-laws, Sara Lathem, Canton, GA; Nan Alford, FL; Kathryn Cash, FL; 6 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren, Several Nieces & Nephews also survive.  Ms. Thomason was preceded in death by her Husband Edward A. Thomason, Sr.  The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Lillian Thomason's Memory.  The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
