Lucille Stephens, age 97 of the Hickory Flat Community, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Canton Nursing Center. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. and Saturday, December 17, 2016 from 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 3:00p.m. from the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Davis and Rev. Wayne Smith officiating. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curt Stephens, her grandson, Stewart Smith, and her son-n-law, Norris Price. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Arlin) Smith of Canton and Nita Price of Breman. Three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hickory Flat United Methodist Church, address 4056 East Cherokee Drive, Canton, GA 30115, or the Hickory Flat Cemetery.
