Margaret Gail Ingram, age 85, of Frankford, West Virginia, formerly of Canton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Greenbriar Valley Medical Center in Lewisburg, West Virginia.

Born on April 4, 1941, in Cumming, Georgia, Margaret was the daughter of the late A.J. and Ruth Evans Pendley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Harold Pendley and Carroll Pendley.

Margaret was a devoted mother and friend whose kindness and steadfast faith touched the lives of many. She was a faithful member of North Canton Baptist Church, where she worshipped and served for many years before relocating to West Virginia. Margaret was also a dedicated employee of the historic Canton Textile Mill.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Angela Tipton and husband Mike of Frankford, West Virginia, and Kelly Lance and husband Mike of Canton, Georgia; along with numerous extended family members and friends who will forever remember her loving spirit and gentle heart.

Funeral services to honor and celebrate Margaret's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Kent Samples officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.

Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

Margaret's legacy of faith, hard work, and devotion to her family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
