Martha Shockley Kemp, 97 of Canton, GA passed away Saturday March 30, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00pm Wednesday April 3, from the Apalachee Methodist Church in Apalachee, GA with Rev. Bill Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the Apalachee Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday immediately following the graveside service at the Apalachee School House, next to the church. Survivors include Sons, William (Brenda) Kemp, Canton, GA; Robert (Cindy) Kemp, Madisonville, LA; Brothers, Hugh Shockley, Buford, GA; Peter Shockley, Alexandria, VA; John Shockley, Apalachee, GA; Sisters, Annette Riden, Roswell, GA; Barbara Smith, St. Simon, GA; 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren also survive.
