Mary Louise Walker, 84 of Canton, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024, at The Retreat at Canton. Visitation will be Friday, May 17th from 4-8pm and Saturday, May 18th from 4-7pm at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral is Sunday, May 19th at 3pm in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Thompson, Rev. Bobby Padgett, and Rev. Kent Samples officiating. Interment will follow at Birmingham Baptist Church Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Walker, her brother, Ernest Powell, and her sister, Jean Powell Ridings. She is survived by:
Son - Dean William (Lisa) Walker of Canton, GA.
Son - Ray Brian (Angie) Walker of Alpharetta, GA.
Daughter - Joan Marie (Troy) Bennett of Newnan, GA.
Brother - Herbert Powell of Lincolnton, GA.
7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren also survive.
