Melvin P. Kelley, age 73 of Canton, passed away on March 12, 2015 at his residence. The Kelley family will be accepting friends on Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 3-6 PM at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home. Chaplain Kevin Mooney will officiate. Interment will follow in Macedonia Memorial Park. Mr. Kelley, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, is survived by wife Carolyn Kelley of Canton, Ga; son Kevin Kelley of Marietta, GA; daughter and son-in-law Kimberly & Kerry Robbins of Alpharetta, GA; daughter Kristie Kelley of Woodstock, GA; brother Rodney Kelley of Germantown, TN; and three grandchildren: J.R. Robbins of Alpharetta, GA, Charlie Robbins of Alpharetta, GA, and Stephanie Ziemen of Marietta, GA.
