Mildred Darby, age 89 of Auburn, Georgia, formerly of Waleska, Georgia, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026, at the North Georgia Medical Center in Braselton, Georgia.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home. Rev. Jimmy Rampley will officiate. Interment will follow in the Auburn Cemetery in Auburn, Georgia. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Ms. Darby is survived by her son, Michael Randall Croy of Auburn, Georgia; brothers Horace Darby and Tom Darby, both of Waleska, Georgia; 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
