Muriel Leola Huff age 92 of Canton, GA passed away Monday October 19, 2015. Graveside services will be held at a later date at Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, VA. Mrs. Huff is survived by her son; William Harrison (Elizabeth) Huff III, Canton, GA, grandsons; Timothy Charles (Kristin) Huff, Cumming, GA, William Harrison (Michelle) Huff IV, Ft. Belvoir, VA, great grandchildren; Carissa Huff, William Harrison Huff V, Christopher Huff, Michael Huff, Matthew Huff, James Huff, Lauren Huff. She is preceded in death by her husband; CDR, USN (Retired) William Harrison Huff. Besides being a Navy wife for 20 years, Muriel lived in Saigon, South Vietnam while her husband flew for Air America for 10 years during that conflict, and then settled in Boscobel Country Club, Pendleton, SC where she was both a dog groomer and pet sitter for 30+ years as the Cottage Groomer. Muriel loved her dogs and all animals:
Loving dogs is easy, they are part of me, accept me for who I am, my dogs appreciate my presence in their lives...when I am old this will be important to me...you will understand when you are old....and if you have dogs to love too.
