Myron I. Strain, Sr. age 83 of Canton, GA passed away Sunday September 5,2021.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 24th at 2pm at Georgia National Cemetery.
Mr. Strain is survived by his wife Marilyn Armstrong Strain, Canton, GA, daughters; Jan (Chuck) Strain Butterworth, Dawsonville, GA, Pam (Travis) Strain Stewart, Fairmount, GA, sister; Helen (Dick) Haynie, Wildwood, GA. Sister-in-Laws: Carolyn Deal, Heflin, AL, Kathleen Strain, Marietta, GA, Dora Strain, Kennesaw GA. Grandchildren: Nicholas Butterworth, Jodi (Timothy) Podskoc, Ashley (Josh) Brumbelow, Ancil (Tiffany) Stewart, Jenaline Rugay. Great grandchildren: Jake Butterworth, Haze Podskoc, Kyle Butterworth and Kate Stewart. Mr. Strain is preceded in death by his mother and father, John and Clara Strain, brothers and sister and their spouses: Milton and Agnes Strain, John and Elsie Strain, Bill Strain, Joe Strain, Bob and Joyce Strain, Ron and Betty Boggs, Leon and Sylvia Strain; and his son Myron Ingram Strain, Jr.
