Opal McCullough age 90 of Canton, GA, formerly of Chillicothe, OH, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at The Lodge at Bridge Mill. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Greenfield, Ohio. She was a lifelong member of Unity Church and won the title of "The Healthiest Girl in Ross County" in 1938.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, James McCullough of Canton, GA, Daughter; Margaret McCullough, Canton, GA, Brothers; Paul Bethel, Chillicothe, OH, Raymond Bethel, Chillicothe, OH, Sisters; Patricia McGowan, Chillicothe, OH, Joy Atwood, Gallapolis, OH, 4 Grandchildren; Brenden Love, Keefe McCullough, Casey McCullough, Lorin McCullough, 3 Great Grandchildren; Madison Hinckley, Riley McCollough and Morgan Love. She is preceded in death by her Son; Robert McCullough, Brother; Robert Bethel, Sisters; Mildred Christopher, Marjorie Williams and Helen James. In Lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the National Cancer Society.
