Pamela "Pam" Sellers Shumate, age 70 of Canton, passed away November 30, 2020. She is survived by her son Brad Shumate, daughter Amy (Adam) Strayhorn, grandson Patrick Blalock and grand daughter Ansley Strayhorn, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Michael "Mickey/Mike" Shumate and sister Brenda White of Mississippi.

Pam was born and raised in Brandon, MS. She married the love of her life, Mike, in 1970. Together they built a life they loved. She was an amazing woman with a heart of gold. She loved spending time with her family and being a Nana to her grandchildren. She was the rock of her family and always their biggest fan. Her love was unwavering. She will be greatly missed and remembered always.

A small service for Pam and her husband Mike will be held at Georgia National Cemetery
