Paula Kay Laney, age 48, of Ellijay, died January 11, 2010, at the North GA Medical Center in Ellijay. She is survived by husband, Michael Laney; daughters, Ashley Laney, Ellijay; Whitney Howarth, Gainesville; Miranda Laney, Cumming; Donavie Laney, Ellijay; and Chelsea Laney, Cumming; brother, Kevin Cooper, Florida; Sisters, Deidra Cooper, Bryon, GA; Pam Moran, Madison, WI and granddaughter, Aislynn Delay, Cumming. Funeral services will be held at Darby Huey Funeral Home Chapel in Canton Friday at 1 P.M. with Pastor Chuck Baggett officiating. Interment in Yukon Cemetery in Ellijay.
