Phillip Jackson Carter, age 65 of Waleska, GA, passed away on May 13, 2014 at Well-Star Kennestone Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Faith Presbyterian Church in Waleska at 3:00 PM. Survivors include Son, Charles Carter of Brooklyn, NY, and Brother, Robert Carter of Old Fort, NC. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of these funeral arrangements.
