Ramona L. (Randol) Easton, 83 of Canton, GA entered her heavenly home on Sunday, January 5. She was born in McClure IL on March 21, 1936, to Earl and Mary Stevens Randol. On June 24, 1960, she married the love of her life, Ernest W. Easton. They were married 51 years.
While a homemaker, she served as a pastor's wife for many years in Illinois, Maine and Kentucky. During this time she also provided childcare for many children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, six sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by four children, David Easton of McClure IL, Randy (Joy) Easton of Evansville, IN, Marilyn (Jeff) Tibbs of Dublin, OH and Carolyn (Ken) Scherer of Canton, GA. Grandchildren, Dustin (Kristen) Easton, Keri Easton, Kyle (Rachel) Easton, Kara Easton, Nathan Scherer, Megan Scherer, Holly Tibbs and Landon Tibbs. Great-grandchildren, Camryn Mitchell, Jimmie Easton, Jayce Easton, Ava Easton and Henry Easton. Two brothers, Wayne Randol of Cape Girardeau, MO and Richard Randol, Canton, GA
Viewing will be Wednesday, January 8 from 4-8 pm, with the funeral on Thursday at 1 pm at Darby Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Jeff Tibbs and Rev. Larry Phillips. Interment will follow on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 10:30am. Darby Funeral Home is honored to assist the Easton family.
