Rebecca Parks West, age 69, of Clarksville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Rebecca was born on June 7, 1956, in Millington, Tennessee, to the late Pete and Yvonne Parks. A woman devoted to her family, she lived a life marked by warmth, dedication, and quiet strength.

She was a graduate of Georgia Southern College, now known as Georgia Southern University. Rebecca built a successful career as an award-winning salesperson with Bali Bra Company before choosing to dedicate herself fully to her family as a stay-at-home mother. Her greatest joy came from caring for her loved ones and creating a home filled with love and support.

Rebecca shared 38 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, William “Bill” West. Together, they built a life centered on family, faith, and enduring love.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Yvonne Parks. She is survived by her loving husband, William “Bill” West of Clarksville, Tennessee; her sons, Thomas (Breonna) West of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Gray West of New York, New York; her cherished grandchildren, Paislea West, Liam West, Jamey West, and Kinsley West; and her brother, Ike (Renee) Parks of White, Georgia. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.

Funeral services in honor and celebration of Mrs. West’s life will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service. She will be laid to rest at Macedonia Memorial Park following the service.

Rebecca will be remembered for her kind heart, her unwavering love for her family, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew her.
