Obituary
Richard Edward Cook, 91 of Canton, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at his residence. A private service will be held at Georgia National Cemetery.
He was an active member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, a veteran of the U.S. Marine's, and retired from J.M. Tull Metal Company after 33 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Mary Cook. He is survived by:
Wife - Louise Cook of Canton
Son - Ricky Cook of Canton
Daughter - Brenda (Don) Turner of Canton
Step-Daughter - Karen Weaver of Auburn
Grandchildren - Nathan (Amy) Turner, Brett (Rachael) Turner
5 great-grandchildren also survive.
The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is honored to serve the Cook family.
