Robert Dale Andrew, Sr., age 87 of Woodstock, passed away Monday, May 2, 2022 at his residence. Visitation will be Saturday, May 14th from 10-11am at Darby Funeral Home. The service will follow at 11am in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Deacon Tim Tye from St. Brigid Catholic Church officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery at a later date. Mr. Andrew was an Eagle Scout, a Scout Leader, A Notre Dame Alumni, a graduate of Marist High School where he swam and played football, and an outdoor photographer. He also enjoyed camping, hiking, running, and was a Tour Guide at the Funk Heritage Center. He is survived by: Son - Robert Dale "Bo" Andrew of Jacksonville, FL (Wife Julie Andrew). Son - Michael James Andrew of Johns Creek (Wife Lee Andrew) Daughter - Deborah Andrew Strom of Canton (Husband Brad Strom) Daughter - Barbara Lynn Tuten of Jacksonville, FL. Daughter - Kelli Andrew Close-Smith of Sarratt, England (Husband Charles Close-Smith Brother - James Ken (Julie) Andrew of Jacksonville, FL. 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren also survive. He also leaves behind, Gloria Fechtel Andrew, the mother of his children. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Funk Heritage Center at Reinhardt University in his memory.
